Q: How many housekeepers do you send to clean?

A: We always send a team of two people and on few occasions a team of three.

Q: Do I need to provide cleaning solutions or equipment?

A: No, our team will bring all the cleaning solutions and equipment needed to perform the cleaning.

Q: Can the team clean with my cleaning solutions and equipment?

​

A: Yes, we can surely use your cleaning solutions and equipment that meet your specific needs. Although we can use your cleaning solutions and equipment we are not responsible for any damage that may be caused by the cleaning solutions and equipment provided by you.

Q: Are we green cleaners?

​

A: Although we are not an all-natural cleaning company, we do strive to find products that will not harm our employees’ health, your health, or the environment. We use top of the line commercial products.

Q: Do you remove trash from my home?

​

A: We take the trash out to your dumster, but are not able to take trash from your home, for health reasons.

​

Q: How do I leave special instructions for the cleaning?

​

A: Call our office before your cleaning date so we can properly notate and communite any special instructions to our team.

​

Q: What will the maids not clean?

​

A: For helath reasons, our team will not clean blood, feces, vomit, or urine from animals nor humans.

Q: How do the cleaners enter my home?

​

A: We enter throught the front door, just leave a key for us to access, and be sure to let our office know where it is.

Q: Can you keep a copy of the key?

​

A: Yes, we can keep a key in our office, so the maids can enter your home.

Q: Can I schedule and appointment time?

​

A: We do not set specific appointment times, but we do try to arrange a window for your cleaning that works best for you.

Q: Will the same team always clean my home?

​

A: Yes, we aim to help build a relationship between our professionals and our clients so we try to keep teams on the same assigned clients.

Q: How do I change my day of cleaning?

​

A: You can change your day of cleaning by contacting our office and we will try to accomidate your needs.

​

Q: How do I cancel my service?

​

A: You can email or call us to cancel your service whenever you like, at least 24 hours in advance.

Q: When will I be charged?

​

A: We will charge your credit card the day of your cleaning, once the work is complete.

​

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?

​

A: We accept credit cards and cash. Unfortunately we do not checks.

​

Q: How much notice do I need to give to change or cancel an appointment?

​

A: You need to notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled visit. If you notify us less than 24 hours before, we will have to charge you a $50 late cancellation fee.
